The 3oz Richter Chisel Plug lure is a proven performer when it comes to chasing big pelagic sportfish such as kingfish and giant trevally. This handmade, flat-face chisel plug casts like a missile and comes with pre-made rig inserts and a treble hook. The larger profile creates plenty of commotion in the water, making it super enticing to a hungry predator.
Due to the tail-weight and shape of the lure, it comes into its own when casting long distances. This lure is well suited to a fast retrieve, as it slices through the water while creating plenty of action to attract those hungry fish.
For those targeting offshore reef species such as snapper, this 3oz lure is fantastic to use with either the flat-out burn technique or the lift-and-fall techniques. When chasing big fish, it always pays to throw a big lure like the 3oz Richter Chisel Plug lure.
